Bomb Threat At a Mackinac County Casino

A bomb threat at a Mackinac County hotel prompted response by both officers and bomb sniffing dogs.

In a statement, the Chief Operating Officer of Kewadin Casinos said they got an anonymous call there was a bomb in their hotel in St. Ignace.

That was around 8:40 p.m., Monday.

They evacuated the hotel, that's connected to the casino.

After 2 hours of searching the hotel and casino, the building was cleared of any threat.
