Woman Files Lawsuit Against Wexford County, Sheriff's Office, and Sheriff

9&10 has learned that the woman who brought up complaints about inhumane treatment of animals at the Wexford County Animal Shelter has filed a lawsuit.
Kathy Dennis is suing the county, the Sheriff's Office, and Sheriff Gary Finstrom under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Late last month, we first told you about Dennis who said the shelter puts animals down without sedating them.
Some say they saw the illegal euthanizations, others say it never happened.
For now, a local vet is overseeing the process at the shelter.
