A chase through two Northern Michigan counties ended in an accident Sunday night in Traverse City, when stop sticks were deployed.
The chase began in Kalkaska County.
It's not known what the driver did to draw police attention or why he or she ran.
The chase came to an end near the intersection of U.S. 31 and Four Mile Road.
We know stop sticks were deployed, and that a collision between the chased vehicle and another car took place.
The collision apparently knocked down a power line.
The road was closed and traffic rerouted until early Monday morning.
