Feedback at 5:00: Sleep

By the time Thursday rolls around, you may be finding yourself daydreaming or even drifting off during the day.

The National Sleep Foundation suggests adults get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night, but according to studies most adults average 6 hours or less.

Experts suggest going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, avoiding large meals before sleeping, and avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.

For tonight's "Feedback at 5:00," we want to know how much sleep you average every night.
