Posted: Updated:

Last night was the year's biggest night in music, the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.

And, Northern Michigan had a bit of a vested interest with the nomination of Andrew Dost.

Dost is the pianist for the band Fun, which was nominated for six awards.

He grew up in Frankfort and went on to study at Central Michigan University.

Frankfort held a Watch Party Fundraiser at the Garden Theatre, last night.

The band won two of their six nominations, one for Song of the Year and one for Best New Artist.

We will bring you more on Dost's journey from Frankfort to Fun, in a special piece set to air February 25th, on 9&10 News at 5.
