Roads all over Northern Michigan are expected to be a sloppy mess.
Driving through that doesn't get any easier hauling 30 tons of product in a 50-foot trailer.
Even though they are hauling on 18 wheels, the snow and slush can make driving a big rig quite unpredictable.
Veteran driver Charles Padgett says that sometimes the weather isn't the worst part, it's the other drivers zipping in and out of his way.
Padgett says the best plan is to avoid the weather if possible all together.
