American Red Cross Still Helping Families Impacted by Mecosta County Flood

Posted: Updated:

The American Red Cross is still helping families impacted by flooding in Mecosta County.

The Muskegon River flooded due to ice jams in the Rogers Heights area last week, forcing dozens of families out of their homes.

Five families were given a place to stay, clothes to wear, and food to eat after they were rescued from the floodwaters.

If you or someone you know needs the America Red Cross' help, you can call the Mecosta/Osceola Chapter at (231) 796-6562.
