High Risk T. B. Designations Removed for Presque Isle and Cheboygan Counties

Potential high-risk designations for Bovine Tuberculosis have been removed for Presque Isle and Cheboygan Counties.

Last year the state required cattle testing on farms after the discover of 3 T. B. positive deer had been harvested the previous fall.

This impacted cattle farms in Cheboygan and Presque Isle Counties.

After testing, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development found no evidence of Bovine T. B. the cattle.
