Feedback at 5:00: Quiet Flights

Posted: Updated:

Have you ever been ready and relaxed for a flight when suddenly a crying baby or wound up toddler is carried on board?

One overseas airline launched a program this week to keep kids away from you, for a cost.

Children under age 12 are no longer allowed in the first 7 rows on certain AirAsia X flights.

Those rows are called "quiet zones," and you'll pay between about $11 and $36 for the privilege.

They also include lighting, divider curtains, and separate bathrooms.

For tonight's "Feedback at 5:00," would you pay extra for peace and quiet on your flight?
