MTM On The Road: Boyne City Business Making World Class Skis

Posted: Updated:

At Shaggy's Copper Country Skis in Boyne City, the Thompson family works to create world class product made with Michigan materials right here in Northern Michigan.

Their shop and retail store allow ski fans from around the country to try out Shaggy's brand and see the difference.

The hand made skis start as local lumber and finish as a pair ready for any slope on the globe.

This morning Kalin, Stephanie and Corey were LIVE at Shaggy's watching the process from start to finish.
