Climate Change is Affecting Wildlife

Posted: Updated:

Wolverines are now on the list of species being affected by climate change.

Federal wildlife officials will propose the "Endangered Species Act Protection," for the wolverine.

This proposal has been denied twice by the Bush Administration.

Also on the list is the polar bear, three different seal species, and several other animals.

The warming temperatures shrink their habitats, leaving only 250 to 300 Wolverines left in the U.S.
