People from all over Northern Michigan wanted to learn more tonight about their mineral rights, and how to make money off of them.
Natural gas production is expanding with the increased use of fracking, and many people may be tempted to sell the mineral rights to their property to cash in on the boom.
Tonight's meeting in Hillman focused on teaching people about their mineral rights.
