Man Accused Of Drowning His Wife Back In Court To Determine If He Should Stand Trial

A judge determined yesterday that there was enough evidence presented for Timothy Shannon to stand trial in the bathtub drowning of his wife, LeeAnn.

UPDATE: An Oceana County man, accused of drowning his wife in the family's bathtub, is back in court to determine whether he should stand trial for murder.

Hart City Council Member, Timothy Shannon faces an open murder charge for the death of his wife, LeeAnn, on December 29th.

He called 9-11, saying she accidentally drowned in the tub.

But police arrested Shannon, saying he killed the mother of two.

Today the police and EMT testified in his pre-trial hearing.

A judge will decided if there's enough evidence to send Shannon to trial.
