Kids Snowmobile Race to Raise Money for Charity

Posted: Updated:

The Second Annual Coyote Cup kids snowmobile race will have kids tearing up the track for a good cause.

The Cadillac Winter Warriors Snowmobile Club puts on the event at the Coyote Crossing Resort in Wexford County.

Profits from Saturday's event will benefit the club's charity work.

Kids ages 6 to 12 will be racing at speeds up to 30 miles per hour. Participants use smaller light weight snowmobiles to compete.

Organizers hope events like this one will help get more kids interested in the sport.

Registration is $20 per child and starts at 9:00 a.m.

You can watch the races for free starting at 1:00 p.m.
