Feedback at 5:00: School Suspension for Kids Using Fingers for Imaginary Guns

Several Maryland 6 year olds were recently kicked out of school for using their fingers to make imaginary guns while the children played "cops and robbers."

In one instance, the school changed it's mind on a suspension when parents appealed.

A child psychologist familiar with the case says the minds of children that age are likely not developed enough to understand why their idea of gun play may upset adults.
