UPDATE: Train Collides with Truck Trailer in Wexford County

We have more details on the crash involving a train and a pick-up truck on 41 Road outside of Manton.

The driver of the pick-up tells us he did not slow down while crossing the tracks and tried to hit the gas once he saw the train coming.

The train clipped his trailer that was hauling metal.

Crews quickly cleared the scene and the train was able to keep going.

Police are on the scene of a crash on 41 road involving a train and a pickup truck.

The driver said the pickup truck was hauling a trailer full of metal and crossed the tracks without seeing the train coming.

The train clipped the trailer, but no one was hurt.

Crews have cleared the scene and the train did not come off the tracks.

The crossing is marked with a yield sign.

    Breaking news tonight, 9&10 News learned convicted murderer Eric Knysz tried to hang himself in prison. We have confirmed Knysz is now on life support. Knysz was just sentenced last week to life in prison
    UPDATE: 9 & 10 News has just confirmed that convicted murderer Eric Knysz has been declared brain dead.

    Knysz was on life support after the suicide attempt that took place Monday afternoon.
