Missaukee County Middle School Teacher Will Not Face Charges for Showing Explicit Photo

A Missaukee County middle school teacher will not face charges for showing his 8th grade class a sexually explicit photo.
The district says it was an accident when he showed the photo during a November lesson at Lake City Middle School.
The superintendent says the teacher was using his own laptop computer to show students how to attach files and accidentally showed a pornographic photo.
