In our busy schedules often time preparing a healthy, delicious meal for dinner can be difficult.
Between prep, shopping, time and making everyone in the family healthy its hard to settle on something.
A brand new class at NMC aims to change that, "Prep Once Eat Healthy All Week" will be taught by Sarah Shimek this fall and will teach you how spending one hour each Sunday, prepping your dinners- will set you up for a week of healthy eating.
