UPDATE: 14th Person From Michigan Dies From Fungal Meningitis

UPDATE: The Nationwide Fungal Meningitis outbreak continues to plague the State of Michigan.

As of this morning a 14th person has died; their death is linked to contaminated steroid injections used for back and neck pain, produced by a Massachusetts pharmacy.

The State Department of Community Health announced the death of the 87-year-old woman, from Washtenaw County, yesterday.

A Charlevoix County man died last year from the outbreak.
