Confirmed Bovine TB Case in Alpena County

A cow from an Alpena County dairy herd has tested positive for Bovine Tuberculosis.

Bovine TB is an infectious bacterial disease most commonly found in cattle and young white-tail deer, primarily in the Northeastern part of Michigan.

A public information meeting will be held at 7:00pm, on January 10th at Wilson Township Hall, in Herron.
