Social Media Saves Puppy's Life

One stray puppy, with two broken legs.

And it was the support of people from across the country that saved his life.

A post about the dog in need on a Traverse City Animal Hospital's Social Media website went viral.

The dog, now being called a Christmas miracle, is feeling much better and is almost ready for a new home.

The mutt found on Christmas eve was given the fitting name of "Saint Nick," and on that day he got the greatest gift of all, a second chance at life.

With a pin in one leg and a plate in the other, Saint Nick will spend the next few months recovering from his surgery, as the search begins for his new home.
