Overdose Situation, or something else? Midland Police Investigate

The Midland Police Department is asking for the public's help about an incident that happened Thursday morning at the McDonald's on Eastman Road.

That morning, shortly before ten a.m., they were called to the fast food restaurant regarding a possible drug overdose situation.

When they arrived they found five young women ages 19 to 27, all in need of medical assistance.

Three were from Midland, one from Auburn and the other from Freeland.

All five were transported to Mid-Michigan Medical Center for treatment.

Midland police say this is an active investigation and they are asking anyone with knowledge of the incident to give them a call.
