Minnesota Man Charged for Deadly Accident that Kills Soo Man

A man has been charged in Minnesota for a deadly crash that killed a man from Sault Ste. Marie.

Police say Eugene Farrell was drunk when he slammed into an overturned car.

He hit Marcus Andary and another man as they tried to help the driver out of the overturned car.

Andary, a 21 year old college student from the Soo, was thrown into the road and hit by another car. He died at the scene.

The other man and driver both lost a leg and had serious injuries.

Farrell is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and several other charges.
