Feedback at 5:00- Gray Wolf Hunt?

Posted: Updated:

Hunters could soon hunt once-endangered gray wolves in Michigan.

A bill that would put the wolves in a game species category passed the Michigan House today.

The Senate approved the measure in November.

It will consider a minor House amendment before sending the bill to Governor Rick Snyder for his signature.

Wolves were removed from the endangered list earlier this year after rebounding from near extinction.

Supporters of the bill say it's time for hunters to thin the population, because wolves are killing livestock and coming to close to humans.

The Humane Society says it may sue to restore federal protections.

For tonight's "Feedback at 5:00," what are your thoughts on a possible wolf hunt in Michigan.
