Police Trained to Use Deadly Force to Protect Themselves or Someone Else

It's a scary situation for officers when guns are involved. They say they never want to take a life, but sometimes that's their only choice.

Police say they don't shoot to kill, but rather to stop the person's actions; they try to give as many warnings as possible prior to firing their weapon; but, when an officer is faced with a dangerous situation time becomes critical.
