President Obama Visits Michigan to Discuss Economy

Governor Rick Snyder greeted President Obama today on the Tarmac as he arrived in Michigan to talk about Michigan's, along with the nation's, economy.
The president's stop comes after republicans in Michigan pushed the right-to-work legislation through the state House and Senate.
Governor Snyder has promised to sign the legislation, something the president is strongly against.
The state House and Senate approved bills last week that end requiring non-union employees to financially support unions at their workplace.
The crowds of protestors were not as big today, but police have increased police presence and plan road closings and parking restrictions around the Capitol.
Members of the Michigan Nurses Association staged one of the quietest protests over the right-to-work bill, with their mouths taped shut.
Even more are protestors are expected to talk Tuesday, when the House and Senate may reconcile wording differences.
9&10 News will be there, with LIVE continuing coverage beginning on Michigan This Morning and throughout the evening.
