Feedback at 5:00- Distracted Driving

It's already illegal to text and drive in Michigan.

But in one South Dakota town, there is now a tough new ban on distracted driving that demands you to put down your breakfast sandwich.

Along with banning texting and driving in Huron, South Dakota, you can also get a ticket if you're eating, reading the paper or putting on make-up in the mirror while driving.
