Slopes Still Busy Despite Weather

Skiers and snowboarders were still out today, even if the weather wasn't ideal.

Despite some rain this morning, it didn't stop a number of people from hitting the slopes.

Caberfae Peaks in Cadillac had a successful opening weekend despite the warmer temperatures.

Today, they only had to close one run.

This year, they opened earlier than usual and are off to a better start than last year.

Caberfae Peaks won't be open mid-week, but will be open again next weekend with the hopes of there being even more snow.
