Posted: Updated:

With December already here, the holiday fun is just beginning.

The 35th Annual Christmas in the Village began in Roscommon, Friday night, along with a free concert.

The festivities resumed early Saturday morning, bringing kids of all ages to participate in the events.

Children enjoyed breakfast with Santa, before heading into the busy day.

Other events included a candle walk, craft show, chain saw carving demos and numerous model train displays in store windows, throughout town.

The evening wrapped up with an Electric Light Parade, followed by the Village Christmas Tree Lighting.

Kids can visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Santa House, outside BC Pizza, every Saturday from Noon to 3 PM, until Christmas.
