Feedback at 5:00- Coins vs. Bills

It's a hard sell in Washington.

Congressional auditors are trying to convince lawmakers to do away with dollar bills and replace them with coins, instead.

They say the switch would save taxpayers $4.4 billion over the next 3 decades.

But most people don't seem to like carrying the coins.

In the past 5 years, the Mint has produced 2.4 billion presidential $1 coins.

Most are in storage, and production was stopped about a year ago.

For tonight's "Feedback at 5:00," would you support a switch to coins?
