Cadillac Launches Partnership With Pure Michigan Winter Campaign

Winter does not officially start for a few more weeks but the Cadillac Area Visitors Bureau hopes a new partnership with Pure Michigan will bring in more tourists.

This is the first year Cadillac has teamed up with the Winter Campaign.

The visitor's bureau spent $20,000 of its budget to become a partner; the city is now listed as an official winter destination on the state's Pure Michigan website.

From skiing and snowmobiling to ice fishing, the visitor's bureau says the area has plenty to offer in the winter.

Matching grant money will allow twice as many Cadillac Pure Michigan radio ads to go on the air.

The advertisements will begin airing on January 1st.

They will target a variety of cities including Flint, Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo, and South Bend.
