UPDATE: Anthony Bennett to Stand Trial for Death of 4-Year-Old Boy

The man accused of killing a 4-year-old boy will stand trial.

A federal judge in Bay City says Anthony Bennett will stand trial Tuesday, April 23rd for the death of 4-year-old Carnel Chamberlain.

Carnel's body was found badly burned outside his home on the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Reservation, on June 28th.

Bennett was living with Carnel and the boy's mother on the reservation.

Carnel was last seen on June 21st, in the care of Anthony Bennett.
