We've had a calm and peaceful week here in Northern Michigan, with some serene sights and sounds around the area.

Photojournalist Jeff Blakeman stopped by the beach at the Traverse City State Park to capture the view over Lake Michigan.

The seagulls enjoyed a leisurely swim on the lake, looking for fish.
