US-10 Near Evart Closed Down Due to Tanker Accident, Evacuations in Place

Northern Michigan's News Leader is on the scene of developing news in Osceola County where a tanker rolled over on US-10.
It happened at the intersection of 60th Avenue near Evart. Evacuations are in place for people within a half-mile of the accident area. The road will be closed for several hours.
No gas is leaking. Crews are waiting for another tanker to come and empty it.
A witness tells us another semi pulled out in front of the tanker in the thick fog. The tanker then swerved, and tipped over. No one is hurt.
