Bohemia, NY (PRWEB) November 20, 2012
On November 20, Lorna Kleidman, three time kettlebell champion, responds to an article published by Post Bulletin which discusses how a mother-daughter duo find exercise to be a bonding experience.
According to the Post Bulletin, mother and daughter Susan and Stephanie Hodge challenged themselves physically. Post Bulletin reports, “As a way to bond and have some mother-daughter time, Susan and Stephanie decided to participate in the 9K Title IX Fun Run last month in Chicago.”
“This mother and daughter team are an inspiration for others to challenge themselves,” comments Kleidman. “Becoming fit and staying fit is a challenge for everyone. These women show us that there are many benefits to taking a challenge and seeing it through.”
Susan said to the Post Bulletin, “I have a feeling my daughter may outrun me, but that’s OK, as we are both at different stages in our lives and just knowing that both of us will cross that finish line will be an accomplishment.” Post Bulletin reports that Stephanie “now realizes the importance of exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
Susan and Stephanie Hodge have shown that they are committed to each other as well as a fit lifestyle. According to Kleidman, “Stories like these can be inspirational to anyone making a commitment to stay fit. I applaud the efforts of Susan and Stephanie Hodge and I’m glad to hear that while working on their fitness, these women are also improving their relationship.”
