Restoring a Piece of Music History

Posted: Updated:

The main attraction at the Music House Museum in Grand Traverse County needs some help.

The museum is home to a 1922 Mortier Organ from Belgium.

After 90 years in operation, the rare instrument needs some work and it's going to cost the museum a lot of money to make the project happen.

They're currently spearheading a major fundraising effort to raise the $80,000 needed to get the organ working like new.

9&10's Jessica Dupnack and photojournalist Corey Adkins visited the museum today and have more on the restoration efforts.
