Cheboygan County Man Accused of Child Abuse

A one-year-old boy from Cheboygan County is in the hospital with injuries from suspected child abuse.

Michigan State Police arrested Sean Bauers, the mother's boyfriend.

Bauers is accused of shaking baby Harlow.

The child abuse case centers around Benton Township.

Court records show state police were called to McLaren Northern Michigan - Cheboygan Campus on October 31st.

Harlow has since been transferred to Devos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, with a brain injury, among other things.
