Three People Hospitalized After One Car Accident in Wexford County

Three people were sent to the hospital after a one car accident Saturday night, in Wexford County.

Deputies say the accident happened shortly after 10:45 PM on Mackinaw Trail, between M-115 and 48 Road in Clam Lake Township.

The 26-year-old driver from Tustin, apparently lost control of the car, while heading south.

The car ran off the road and flipped over.

He was ejected as it rolled and was hospitalized at Munson Medical Center.

A 2-year old was taken to Grand Rapids for treatment and a 15-year-old passenger sought treatment at Mercy Hospital, in Cadillac.

All three were treated and released.

Deputies say driver fatigue is believed to have been a factor in the accident.
