Ferris football wins on late 2-point conversion

Can't go out on a much higher note.

Ferris State football wrapped up the regular season with a 32-31 victory at Northern Michigan University.

The final point came on a gutsy call with :09 left in the game.

Down by a single point, Ferris Head Coach Tony Annese went for a two-point conversion as opposed to a game-tying extra point.  However the move paid off when Torico Searcy found the end zone on a sweep around.

The Bulldogs end the regular season with a 7-4 record, which is one victory better than their 2011 campaign.
