9and10 News Donates More Than 1,000 Items to Goodwill's Fall Food Drive With Your Help

Posted: Updated:

Winter is the busiest time for area food pantries and shelters. That's why Goodwill in Traverse City is hosting their Fall Food Drive to prepare. The drive started yesterday and runs through tomorrow. They ask that you drop off canned goods and non-perishable items to stock Goodwill's nearly empty pantry. Today, with your help, 9and10 News donated more than 1,000 items. For each "like" we received on our Facebook page in the last week and a half, we donated one can. The non-profit still needs your help to ensure healthy food for needy families.

Stop by and donate to the Goodwill Inn Fall Food Drive November 8th-10th and help change lives! The Fall Food Drive takes place at Oleson's Plaza East in Traverse City. Thursday and Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 8am-6pm.
