BIG RAPIDS - Division II Ferris State held on for a 63-62 exhibition victory over Division III opponent Calvin College Tuesday night at Jim Wink Arena.
The Bulldog mens basketball team lost a 43-23 Halftime edge and gave the Knights two chances to win it the in the final seconds.
Kenny Brown led Ferris State with 31 points.
The Bulldogs open the regular season at home against Lewis (Ill.) on November 17.
