Posted: Updated:

Family and friends held candles and remembered murder victim, Rebekah Jane Gay on Friday night, outside the high school she graduated from.

The gathering honored a woman described by those on hand as a beautiful person, inside and out.

She was a 2007 graduate of Bullock Creek High School near Midland.

Gay's body was found Thursday, near her Isabella County Home.

The 24-year-old mother was reported missing Wednesday, when she didn't show up for work.

Her accused killer, John White, was arrested Thursday and is being held at the Isabella County Jail.
