Criminal Profiler Discusses Isabella County Murder Case

Posted: Updated:

It is difficult to even begin to make sense of the brutality of how Rebekah Gay was murdered.

Many people wonder what drove someone to kill the 24-year-old Isabella County woman.

We spoke with criminal profiler Steve Thompson at Central Michigan University to get a better understanding of the case. He says this case appears premeditated and not a spur of the moment decision. Thompson says he would be shocked if more people did not come forward with information on John White's past.

9 and 10's Kyle Mitchell and photojournalist Tony Zyber have more on the case.
