Man Admits to Killing 21 Point Deer in Crawford County

Deputies say a man admitted to taking antlers from a 21 point deer illegally.

Crawford County Deputies were called to the Valhalla Hunting Lodge in Lovells Township yesterday regarding the theft and killing of the deer.

The incident happened on Sunday just before noon.

Officers called in K-9 Unites from the Michigan State Police and investigated the scene and were able to locate several suspects.

They say a 27-year-old man from Grayling confessed and was arrested.
