Posted: Updated:

There are few things scarier than getting a cancer diagnosis.

And for many people, the immediate influx of information, doctors and appointments can be almost too much to handle.

That's why Munson has a special program that provides an added service, someone who's been there.

The Navigators all meet once a month to learn about new programs and developments, there is a special training for those interested in becoming a Navigator once a year.

Michelle Dunaway has more on the Navigator Program.

For more information about the Munson Healthcare Navigator Program, you can contact them at 231-935-8216 or email them at navigator@mhc.net.
