An Oceana County man is accused of stealing more than $30,000 from his employer's pre-paid credit cards.

Deputies started an embezzlement investigation in August, and discovered the money was stolen from the Double J Resort near Rothbury.

Police questioned this employee, David Zachariason, and he admitted to committing the crime.

Zachariason was arrested and charged this week.

He could spend up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
