Thieves Steal Tires and Rims for Second Time in Three Days

For the 2nd time in 3 days, someone made off with new tires and a cargo van from a local car dealership.

Now, these thefts have been happening across the region for weeks.

The latest theft happened overnight at Ed Koehn Dealership in Greenville.

Deputies say 6 new tires and rims and a 2010 Ford Econoline Cargo Van were taken.

Similar thefts also happened in the Grand Rapids area.

Earlier this week, the same crime happened at Brown Motors near Petoskey.

Thefts have also been reported in Missaukee, Ogemaw, Otsego and Wexford Counties over the last month.

No one has been arrested in any of these cases.
