Feedback at 5:00- Ban Disposable Water Bottles

A Northern Michigan mayor wants to ban the use of disposable water bottles.

Traverse City Mayor Michael Estes says the bottles are often found thrown on the ground, beach or bushes during the National Cherry Festival.

Estes says he wants any city festival sponsor to provide reusable bottles that could be filled up for free.

The National Cherry Festival director calls the ban an "extreme step."
