MTM On The Road: Waugoshance Lighthouse

Surrounded by treacherous waters, this beacon marks the western entrance to the Straits of Mackinac.

Now group of volunteers is working to help save the "Waugoshance" Lighthouse.

Fans call her "Waugy" and she has survived 100 years of Great Lakes elements.

It was the first lighthouse constructed in the Straits of Mackinac.
