Local Doctor Accused of Misconduct for Medical Marijuana Prescriptions

9&10 News has learned a local doctor is being accused of misconduct for medical marijuana prescriptions.
The Attorney General's Office issued a complaint against Dr. Edward Harwell, owner of Triple M Clinics in Cadillac and Liberty Clinic in Ann Arbor.
The complaint accuses Harwell of prescribing marijuana to patients who didn't need it and not properly evaluating their conditions or maintaining proper medical records.
We reached out to Dr. Harwell, but he would not comment.
